The anarchist and anti-authoritarian movement in Ljubljana that took the task of organizing next BAB have established The Organizational Assembly of BAB2023 and have accepted the organizational principles of it that are published below.

THE ORGANIZATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF BAB2023
The Organizational Assembly of BAB 2023 is the organizational body for the preparation and realisation of The Balkan Anarchist Bookfair on its 20th anniversary in 2023 in Ljubljana. The assembly is composed of individuals and is supported by groups, collectives, organizations and networks that are part of the anarchist and anti-authoritarian movement in the local geography – Ljubljana, Slovenia and beyond. With their signature under the collective text of the Organizational Assembly, groups and organizations express their commitment and support to the process in which they actively participate through the inputs of their members.
The Organizational Assembly is established, organized and operates on the fundamental principles of anti-authoritharian self-organization: horizontally and based on the autonomy of individuals; there is no space for political parties, including their youth groups or other structures, non-governmental organizations and official institutions. All decisions of the Organizational Assembly are made based on discussions and consensus.
The Organizational Assembly establishes working and operational groups in accordance with its needs and on the basis of agreements with the aim of carrying out specific tasks, assigns them a mandate and directs them.
We share a radical critique of the existing system and fight against it in all its forms exploitation of people and nature and all forms of exclusion and oppression: be it nationalism, racism, sexism, homophobia or any other. At the same time we are aware that the abolition of class relations and social inequalities is not possible without the abolition of capitalism and patriarchy. In the long term, we are fighting for radical social changes in the direction of individual and collective freedom, social equality and solidarity. In this sense, we are part of anti-fascist, labour, youth, environmental, anti-racist, anti-sexist, student and other social movements and struggles, from which we also derive from.

ORGANIZACIJSKA SKUPŠČINA BASK2023
Organizacijska skupščina BAB 2023 je organizacijsko telo za pripravo in izvedbo Balkanskega anarhističnega sejma knjig ob njegovi 20-letnici obstoja leta 2023 v Ljubljani. Skupščino sestavljajo posameznix ter podpirajo skupine, kolektivi, organizacije in mreže, ki so del anarhističnega in anti-avtoritarnega gibanja v lokalni geografiji – Ljubljani, Sloveniji in širše. Skupine in organizacije s svojim podpisom pod skupen tekst skupščine izražajo zavezo in podporo procesu ter v njem preko svojih članx aktivno sodelujejo.
Skupščina se vzpostavlja, organizira in deluje na temeljnih principih anti-avtoritarne samoorganizacije: horizontalno in na podlagi avtonomije posameznix; v njej ni prostora za politične stranke, vključno z njihovimi podmladki ali drugimi strukturami, nevladne organizacije in uradne institucije. Vse odločitve sprejemamo na podlagi razprav in konsenza.
Skupščina v skladu s potrebami in na podlagi dogovorov vzpostavlja delovne in operativne skupine z namenom izvedbe specifičnih nalog, jim podeljuje mandate in jih usmerja.
Delimo radikalno kritiko obstoječega sistema in se borimo proti vsem oblikam izkoriščanja človeka in narave ter vsem oblikam izključevanja in zatiranja: naj je to nacionalizem, rasizem, seksizem, homofobija ali katera druga oblika. Hkrati se zavedamo, da odprava razrednih razmerij in družbenih neenakosti ni mogoča brez odprave kapitalizma in patriarhata. Dolgoročno se borimo za korenite družbene spremembe v smeri individualne in kolektivne svobode, družbene enakosti in solidarnosti. V tem smislu smo del antifašističnih, delavskih, mladinskih, okoljevarstvenih, proti-rasističnih, proti-seksističnih, študentskih, in drugih družbenih gibanj in bojev, iz katerih tudi izhajamo.
